STEP Building and
Food Service Hours

STEP requests that residents make an appointment to use the food shelf by calling 952-925-4899. Calls and appointments can generally be made during these hours:

Mondays: 8:00am to 4:00pm
Tuesdays: 12:00pm to 7:00pm
Wednesdays: 8:00am to 4:00pm
Thursdays: 8:00am to 4:00pm
Fridays: 8:00am to 12:00pm

STEP Donation Hours

Food and clothing donations can be brought to the door under the black awning facing the alley labeled “Donations and Deliveries” at STEP during the times below:

Mondays: 8:00am to 3:30pm
Tuesdays: 12:00pm to 7:00pm
Wednesdays: 8:00am to 3:30pm
Thursdays: 8:00am to 3:30pm
Fridays: 8:00am to 11:30am

Donations may also be left at the following locations:

Cub Foods Knollwood
Cub Foods West End

STEP Clothes Closet Hours

Residents must register with a STEP social worker prior to accessing the service. STEP requests annual address verification in the form of a medical bill, utility bill, or mail from the city, county, state, or federal government. Mail must be postmarked within the past 30 days.

Tuesdays: 5:00pm to 7:00pm
Wednesdays: 1:00pm to 3:00pm
Thursdays: 9:00am to 11:00am and 1:00pm to 3:00pm
