Monetary contributions in any amount are essential to the sustainability of STEP to serve the families of St. Louis Park. Your donation ensures that famililes will have food in their kitchens and a place to turn when problems arise. Dollars given to a food shelf like STEP are particularly powerful: each dollar donated has the purchasing power of $9.00 when STEP accessed food for a Food Bank.

For every donation of $25, STEP can provide a SLP individual with supportive services & food for 5 days.
For every donation of $75, STEP can provide a SLP household with supportive services & food for 5 days.
OTHER WAYS TO SUPPORT STEP:
- Corporate Matching Gift Programs: To find out if you can increase the value of your gift to STEP, contact your HR Department. STEP is a designated as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. To designate STEP, please indicate our full name: St. Louis Park Emergency Program.
- Monthly Automatic Withdrawal: Set up a monthly donation to STEP through your bank. Contact Jackie Olafson at STEP for more information.
- Gifts “In Honor Of” or “In Memory Of”: Any gift can be made in memory of or in honor of a special person or event. Please add that information on the STEP Gift Form that you send in with the gift.
